All of our products have been designed by a qualified Structural Engineer. Ensuring your product, whether that's a replacement fence, timber decking or a raised flower bed, is suitably robust and durable.

All our designs are bespoke and tailored to your exact specification and the unique conditions.

To make sure you are getting exactly what you want, we would request an initial consultation (either in person, by phone, or by video conference) to discuss all your options. We will schedule this meeting at a time convenient to you. 

As every project is different, we will provide you a tailored 'All Inclusive' to ensure that there are no hidden or unexpected fees.

Following the initial consultation, we aim to issue the Fee Proposal document within 5 working days. This document will include a breakdown of the brief, your rights and responsibilities, information on the warranties and our insurances. 

We will provide payment information within the Fee Proposal document, including how and when to pay.

We are based in Peterborough, UK. Currently we offer our services within a 50 mile radius however this can be negotiated.

We take great pride in our products ensuring the highest possible standard is achieved.

Wood is an organic and natural material which has its own unique characteristics. Timber can be prone to splitting and twisting when exposed to typical cyclical wet/dry cycles if it is not suitably maintained. All our products are made using carefully selected, treated timber. 

We will provide our recommended maintenance guidance, detailing what we actions and the frequency we would recommend to extend your products lifespan.
